Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hong Kong and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Causeway Bay MTR station. It made it really convenient for exploring the city. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, catering to both Asian and Western tastes. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

That the bathroom could use some updating. The tiles were worn out and some were broken, which took away from the overall experience.

The breakfast menu could do with some more variety in the food, but the staff were very prompt and helpful in solving any issues. The rooms were comfortable for a short stay and value for money. The shuttle bus was great and ran every half hour, making it convenient for exploring the city. The location was also excellent, with bus stops right outside the hotel for easy access to popular tourist destinations.

I had an amazing trip at Cosmo Hotel. Upon arriving early in the morning, they were able to find me a room right away, even before the check-in time. The staff were great, they provided me with extra bed sheets and were very helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk away from the train station and away from the busy streets. There were also plenty of bus stops right in front of the building. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Cosmo Hotel.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was convenient as it was close to both Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, with MTR stations within a short walking distance. This made it easy for me to explore the city and attend my business meetings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing me with directions and assistance whenever I needed it. the breakfast served at the hotel was also good, with a variety of Chinese and European options to choose from.

There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the room I was assigned was smaller than I expected, and the bed was not very comfortable, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's in a great location on top of a hill, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff here is the best– they provide excellent customer service with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour assistance. Plus, there's a shuttle service that takes you anywhere you need to go!
